Use modal verbs without another auxiliary verb to make yes/no questions.

Change the order of the words.

I could play the guitar when l was six. - Could you play the guitar when you were six?

I'll see you tomorrow. — Will I see you tomorrow?

For open questions use words like when, what, how often, etc.

When will I see you?

What could you do when you were little?
